Description
Self Drilling screws drill their own hole in thin sheet, metal and heavier gauge metals. They eliminate the need for a pre drilled hole and allow drilling and fastening to be done in the same motion. They drill pole, form close mating threads in these holes to produce a complete fastening system in a single operation. This total performance of Self Drilling Screws reduces labour and is ideal for automated assembly, simplifies and improves fastening designs, reduces or eliminates the need for drill bits or taps and cuts expensive tooling costs.

Used for jobs that need a flush finish like fencing, gates, hinges etc.
